A special rate of $45 for up to 45 minutes of telephone consultation is offered to clients and their attorneys through this web site. This special rate is offered to allow our clients to ask specific questions and discuss case strategies (and kick the tires, so to speak) with Mr. Melton at a reduced rate. We can also explore ways David Melton & Associates may further assist you. The following is necessary to obtain this special initial rate:

• Fill out and e-mail or print out and fax to (970) 925-7618, the Telephone Conference Mailback Form and include your credit card information
• Choose 3 alternative dates and times for the telephone consultation
• Mr. Melton's secretary will either call, e-mail, or fax a confirmation of the date and time for the telephone consultation
• On the scheduled date and time of the telephone conference, you place a call to Mr. Melton at (970) 925-2979
